Find your tracking link
- Search your inbox for DandyDeals — the shipping email has the tracking number in it.
- Check your spam and promotions folders. Shipping notifications land there more often than you'd think.
- If you created an account at checkout, your orders and tracking are on your account page.
Tracking isn't updating
A tracking number can take up to 24 hours to start showing scans. If it's been longer than that, or tracking has stalled for more than 3 business days, email support@dandydeals.store with your order number and we'll chase the carrier.
Marked delivered but missing
Check with neighbours, your building manager, and around the property. Still nothing after 24 hours? Email us and we'll open a trace and make it right.
Still stuck
Write to support@dandydeals.store with your order number. A person will answer, normally within 12 hours.
