Rates
Shipping is free on every order. No minimum spend, no threshold, no surcharge at checkout.
Delivery time
Orders arrive in 7-12 business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday begin processing the next business day.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email at checkout and a second email with a tracking link once your parcel ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after it's issued — that's the carrier, not a problem with your order.
Where we ship
We deliver across the United States. We don't currently ship internationally.
If something goes wrong
Parcel marked delivered but not there? Check with neighbours and your building manager first — that solves it most of the time. If it's still missing after 24 hours, email support@dandydeals.store and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
