We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, you can return it.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
How to return an item
- Email support@dandydeals.store with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with a return authorisation and the return address, usually within 12 hours.
- Pack the item securely and send it back to the address provided.
- Once received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm and issue your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Non-returnable items
- Perishable food and grocery items
- Personal care and cosmetic products, once opened or used
- Items marked final sale
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. You won't need to return the item.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original for a refund and place a new order — it's faster.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
